Alexandra Morrell
Theater Manager
A fourth-generation Arizona native from the West Valley, Alexandra Morrell proudly serves as Theater Manager for the Agua Fria Union High School District. An alumna of Agua Fria High School, she holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Arizona State University and has been working with the district since 2023. She brings over a decade of experience in administrative operations, including HR, accounting, and finance, as well as a professional background as a licensed stockbroker. In her current role, she focuses on front-of-house operations, programming, and community engagement, while collaborating with professional artists and consultants to activate the theater as a creative and inclusive cultural space for students and the greater West Valley.
Tracy Meldrum
Theater Production Manager
Tracy Meldrum is the Production Manager for the Hilltop Theater, bringing over 20 years of experience in music education, performance, and production. She began her career as the founding Director of Bands at Verrado High School, where she led a wide range of ensembles and courses and served as auditorium manager for two decades. Tracy holds degrees in Secondary Music Education and Educational Leadership and has earned numerous honors, including Yamaha’s “40 Under 40,” a Grammy Music Educator nomination, and KTAR’s Teacher of the Month. Her ensembles have performed at prestigious events around the world. Outside of education, she maintains an active performance career as the lead Herald Trumpet player at the Arizona Renaissance Festival. Tracy is most proud of blending her love of music and family—her daughter is now in her fourth year of colorguard, and her husband composes for the marching band. One of Tracy’s greatest joys has been bringing her love of band and her love of family together.
