Audition Information


Fully completed and submitted application along with video submissions (see guidelines below).  

Vocal Guidlines:

  • Each applicant will perform two (2) contrasting songs, arias, or vocal works (one must be in a SLOW tempo AND one must be in a LIVELY tempo). (max 2 minutes per piece)
  • Vocal works should be representative of technical ability.​​
  • Each selection must include accompaniment (No acapella).
  • Both selections MUST be memorized. ​ Applicants will be disqualified if their selections are not memorized.
  • Introduce yourself with your full name and provide the title, composer/author, and any other relevant information about the piece you will be performing (max 30 seconds intro).
  • Your face and body should be clearly seen. No one else should be in the video.
  • Record song in a single take from start to finish. Do not edit tracks/videos together.
  • Accompaniment must not be louder than your voice.
  • Each piece will be recorded separately and uploaded on the application online platform.
  • Acceptable file format: MP4, AVI, and MOV. Each file has a maximum file size of 1 GB. We recommend you capture your video in 4k or less to avoid going over the size limit.

Callbacks will be held in person in February 2026.

During the callbacks, applicants will be asked to:​

  • Applicants will perform the same pieces of music submitted in video submissions.
  • Applicants will demonstrate sight reading.
  • Applicants will have a brief interview following their audition.
