Hilltop Theater

Opening in the Fall of 2026, Arizona's newest premier venue will feature a 700-seat theater and a grand lobby accommodating up to 200 seated guests. This state-of-the-art facility is ideal for a wide range of events, including theatrical performances, concerts, corporate functions, film screenings, and private gatherings.

In addition to the theater, renters will have access to a fully equipped cinematography studio and a professional recording studio. These industry-standard facilities are designed to provide creators and artists with the perfect environment for film, video, and audio production.

The Hilltop Theater serves as both a cultural hub and an educational resource. It was created to enhance arts and culture in the Southwest Valley while giving students direct access to hands-on learning with industry professionals. The goal is to foster a creative environment where community engagement and student development go hand in hand—helping young people gain real-world skills in a professional arts setting.

As part of the center’s mission to foster student growth, renters are encouraged to provide opportunities to involve students in their productions. Whether through stage management, lighting and sound design, or production coordination, these collaborative efforts give students the chance to apply their skills in a professional setting—helping to prepare the next generation of arts and entertainment professionals.

Although the theater is not currently accepting booking requests, those interested in renting the space are invited to add their contact information to an interest form. They will be among the first to receive updates on rental options and availability as they are finalized.
